 ELECTRICITY SAFETY WEEK/BANGALORE                      National Electrical Safety Week is observed nationwide from June 26th to July 2nd. Spearheaded by the National Safety Council (NSC) and the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), the campaign highlights best practices like competency, compliance, and caution to prevent accidents and electrocution.In Bengaluru, local initiatives and safety seminars are championed by the National Safety Council of India and the local Karnataka Chapter (NSC-KC).

Key Observances & EventsState Programs: The Department of Electrical Inspectorate, Govt. of Karnataka, spearheads Electrical Safety Week events across the state.Industrial & Corporate Campaigns: Major entities (like the World Trade Center Bengaluru) regularly host Completed Event National Electrical Safety Week workshops inaugurated by the Chief Electrical Inspector.Awareness Materials: The NSC Karnataka Chapter (Tasker Town, Shivajinagar) distributes posters, training materials, and safety manuals specifically tailored for the public, malls, and factories during this time.
