The KRRS(led by Raghu Jayaram,Kaverappa,Eshwer Reddy,Vishwanath,Madhu Nagondahalli,Suresh Reddy,Narasaiah,Chowdappa)conducted a Media Conference at Press Club of Bangalore(PCB)today-and enumerated their demands faced w.r.t Peripheral Ring Road-Real Estate holdings-problems with BDA/Govt of Karnataka & suggested remedial measures to be implemented ASAP:
1)Road corridor widths(~35 m)
2)TDR-Transferable Development Rights- Land holdings
3)FAR-Floor Area Ratio
4)FSI-Floor Space Index of buildings..
