Workers declare WAR against Contract Labour System in Namma BENGALURU

#1 Oppressive,Exploitative,Insecure Job Contract Labour System affects mainly Dalits/under-previleged/low wage workers

These workers cannot form Trade Unions,are underpaid,have NO 

Job/Wage/Social security whatsoever & get framed for silly reasons-with false criminal cases hoisted on them.

The Office bearers stressed the following points:

The 4 new Labour codes should be withdrawn ASAP.

Contract Labour,Fixed term Employment,Outsourcing of jobs should be abolished & all TEMPORARY workers should be made PERMANENT,so that they can get regular Pay scales/benefits,ESI,PF,Gratuity..with fair,dignified working conditions.
