Smt.K.Nirmala Bai,a doyen SENIOR CITIZEN(OCTOGENERIAN War Widow-around 85 years old)expressed the problems w.r.t her Residential House Property at a Press Conference held on 26.12.2022 at the PRESS CLUB BANGALORE.She has been staying at her own house for more than 65 years(since 1957),being the ABSOLUTE OWNER with CLEAR TITLE DEEDS/LAWFUL POSSESSION/ALL TAXES PAID...
Highlights of the situation:arising out of Non-Compliance/Non-Co-operation by the broker/purported buyer Shri A.H Anand(who has paid 18.7 Lakhs Cash+10 lakhs by cheque-so far to Ms K.Nirmala Bai)and fraudently got the property registered on 1.8.2014 for a total sum of Rs 28.7 Lakhs.
She is awaiting the remaining Rs 42 Lakhs payment,as agreed upon mutually for a total SALE CONSIDERATION of Rs 70 lakhs vide: STAMPED/NOTARIZED/VERIFIED/AUTHENTICATED Agreements,Registration/Sale deeds dt 11.9.2014 and seeks Impartial,Natural JUSTICE w.r.t the matter.
