CAUVERY CALLING : RALLY FOR RIVERS drive by ISHA FOUNDATION [ Media Conference at Press Club in Namma BENGALURU ]

 ISHA Foundation synergises/facilitates a Silent revolution of Rural Transformation for Farmers & Agri-Entrepreneurs

Swami Tavisa,Praveena Sridhar along with a few able volunteers met the Press/Media fraternity at the Press Club located in the salubrious,green,verdant sorroundings of Cubbon park in Namma Bengalore to expound the Action Plan propounded/headed/launched by Swami Sadhguru in Sep 2019 to revive,rejuvenate & revitalise the Cauvery river flowing in Karnataka/southern states of India;Highlights:

# A State-of-the Art mobile App is operational to educate,help & guide farmers via ZOOM/GOOGLE Meet  interactive video conferencing[viewable on Smartphones,tablets,PC's..]by a team of 120 Volunteers manning a IVR Helpline from 9am-9pm.

 # Over 1785 Gram Panchayat events for pro-active collaboration with farmers,agritech entrepreneurs.. have been held.ISHA plans to plant 35 Crore+ saplings in the Cauvery delta region;increase awareness of Green Cover,Sustainable Cultivation/Forestry.Also,890 'Mara Mitras' have been appointed to register farmer demand
