The Office bearers stressed the following points:
The 4 new Labour codes should be withdrawn ASAP.
Contract Labour,Fixed term Employment,Outsourcing of jobs should be abolished & all TEMPORARY workers should be made PERMANENT,so that they can get regular Pay scales/benefits,ESI,PF,Gratuity..with fair,dignified working conditions.
